About These Terms
By using this website or enrolling in an Ascending Artists coaching program or community, you agree to these terms. Please read them before applying.
Coaching Programs
Coaching programs are educational services. Program details, scheduling, investment, and payment arrangements are agreed upon individually after your application is reviewed. Ascending Artists provides guidance, structure, and support, but results in your music career depend on many factors, including your own effort, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Community Memberships
Community memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Members are expected to treat one another with respect; Ascending Artists reserves the right to remove members who disrupt the community.
Payments and Refunds
Payment terms, including any payment plans, are agreed upon at enrollment. Questions about payments or refunds should be directed to hello@ascendingartists.com.
Intellectual Property
Program materials, workbooks, and site content belong to Ascending Artists and are for your personal use. You keep full ownership of your music, your brand, and everything you create during a program.
